  　　拱就是于建筑面相互平行的一個弓形構件。

  　　于建筑面積呈45°、60°、90°角的弓形構件。它和拱差不多，只不過擺放的方向位置不同。  

       

  　　(3)昂  

       

  　　在唐宋時期，昂是斗拱中的一個斜放構件，起到一定的杠桿作用。到了明清時期時，昂的結構作用逐漸下降，多起到裝飾作用。  

       

  　　(4)斗于升  

       

  　　斗是位于上下兩層的昂翹或是橫貢之間的木塊，開的是十字口;升是位于上下兩層拱或者是枋之間的位置，開的是一字口。  

  

    

  　　斗拱在我國木質建筑中起到一個什么樣的作用呢?  

       

  　　斗拱在中國建筑中有如下幾個作用：  

       

  　　(1)因為它是位于立柱和衡量之間，所以能很好地分散掉載荷，減輕立柱的壓力，有承上啟下的作用。在平坐建筑中它也是其的重要支撐構件。  

       

  　　(2)能讓建筑物出檐效果更好，看起來深遠莊重，另建筑造型看起來更加大氣、壯美。其用于室內的話還有承托天花枋、組構室內天花的作用。  

       

  　　(3)中國傳統(tǒng)木制建筑采用都是榫卯工藝，所以斗拱有很好的承重效果，可以穩(wěn)穩(wěn)地將屋檐托住，起到了平衡穩(wěn)定的作用，還具有很好的抗震效果，這也是為什么現(xiàn)存的很多古代建筑在遭受了強烈的地震后還能巍然屹立的原因。  

       

  　　(4)是一個建筑等級的標志，在古代中國的封建社會中，只有皇宮貴族使用居住的建筑有斗拱。其中包括宮殿、寺觀、陵墓、園林等有身份的建筑才能享有其的使用權。所以斗拱的使用不僅是建筑等級的標志，也是屋主身份的一個隱形標志。
